Arrange common resources for research activity, PC cluster, TV conference systems, analysis software package, etc.
  • GCOE PC cluster
  • Multi-point TV conference system.
  • Analysis Package (IDL, etc.)
Workshop support
Support various scientific meeting in GCOE, budget, meeting equipment, web site, and so on.

Promoting inter-disciplinarity program

Promote inter-disciplinarity program focused in 4 cross-field topics across 3 research teams as “Evolution of Universe”, ”Particles and Space-time” and “Space Environment”.The four topics are;

  • Particle acceleration and space plasma
  • Dark matter and dark energy
  • Inter-stellar matter and structure formation
  • Origin of matter and space-time

Working groups formed for each4topics are driven by GCOE designated associated professors to have a series of intensive discussion or “inter-disciplinarity seminar” by visiting researchers.

Research funding for PhD students and young researchers

Support research activity of PhD students and young researchers by funding for their original research proposal.

Public relation and outreach
